What Makes a Good Source Image

• High resolution — the model preserves detail from the input.
• Clear subject separation — a clean foreground vs. background helps the model move the right thing.
• Defined composition — a clear focal point gives the camera something to follow.
• Less is more — busy, cluttered frames tend to produce unstable motion.

How to Use It in LongCat

1. Open the Studio and switch to Image to Video.
2. Upload your image — it's stored privately for your session.
3. Add a motion prompt (optional): e.g. "slow dolly-in, hair moving gently, dusk light".
4. Choose duration and aspect ratio, then generate.

What Works Well

• Portraits: subtle head turns, blinking, drifting hair, breathing motion.
• Landscapes: clouds, water, light changes, parallax pan.
